The Short Chute

Welcome to The Short Chute on-line. You'll notice this is a little different than the "Chute" you receive in the mail. For starters, there are NO ads. The officers felt it unfair to those with out on-line capabilities to have ads on-line. The same articles will appear and, when possible, pictures will be provided. The format is very similar, but you'll see that it doesn't exactly follow the printed newsletter page for page. The ultimate goal will be to someday have every issue back to the beginning in 1985 on-line. Don't look for this right away as it will take quite some time to do this. For now though, the Short Chute issues below are available. I hope you enjoy The Short Chute on-line and other areas of the website.

The first Chute from 1985 is pretty close to how it actually looked plus it has ads. They're long out of date anyway plus it's interesting to see what items were selling for and being looked for back then. For reasons of space though, only one newsletter from each year up through 1998 will have ads.
